耳、体穴结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全的效果与某些内分泌激素含量关系的研究

Effect of combined treatment of auricular and body acupuncture on puerperal subinvolution of uterus and its relation with contents of some endocrine hormones

目的:探讨耳、体穴结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全的疗效及其与内分泌的关系。方法:观察21例治疗组和16例对照组的治疗效果,并对21例治疗组产妇在治疗前后血中雌三醇(E3)和孕酮(P)的含量进行测定。治疗组用耳、体穴结合疗法,耳穴取内分泌、内生殖器、交感,贴压磁珠;体穴取合谷、三阴交、子宫穴,用电针刺激。对照组用麦角新碱治疗。结果:耳、体穴结合治疗组与对照组皆取得了较好疗效。治疗组治疗后宫底高度较治疗前有显著下降,但治疗组下降更明显,2组间的下降幅度差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的痊愈率也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后,血中E_3和P皆明显降低。E_3的降低与宫底下降幅度呈高度相关,P的降低与宫底下降幅度呈低度相关。结论:耳、体穴结合疗法是治疗产后子宫复旧不全的较好方法。其治疗机理可能与雌三醇的减少有关。

Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of combined auricular and body acupuncture on puerperalsubinvolution of uterus and its relation with endocrine.Methods The treatment group(21 cases)were treated with mag-netic bead taping and pressing auricular points Neifenmi(MA-IC 3),Neishengzhiqi(MA),Jiaogan(MA-AH 7),com-bined with electroacupuncture on boody acupoints Hegu(LI 4),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)and Zigong(EX-CA 2);the controlgroup(16 eases)were treated with ergometrine.The contents of blood estriol(E3)and progesterone(P)were deter-mined before and after treatment.Results The two treatments had a better therapeutic effect.after treatment the heightof the fundal portion of the uterine lowered significantly,with more significant decrease in the treatment group than in thecontrol group(P<0.01);the cured rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the contents of blood E3 and P lowered significantly;the decrease amplitude of E3 and de-crease of the fundal portion of the uterus showed high correlation.and the decrease of P showed low correlation with thelowering amplitude of the fundal portion of the uterus.Conclusion The combined treatment of auricular and bodyacupuncture is a better method for treatment of puerperal subinvolution of uterus.The decrease of E3 content is possiblyinvolved in the treatment mechanism.
