摘要
目的 :探讨慢性肾功能衰竭 (尿毒症 )患者血浆胆碱酯酶活力变化与神经肌肉损害的关系。方法 :用微量 DTNB法测定 31例尿毒症患者及 1 9例健康对照者的血浆胆碱酯酶活力 ,判断其与肾功能损伤的相关性。结果 :尿毒症患者血浆胆碱酯酶活力降低 ,与肾功能减退及营养不良相关。结论
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the acetylcholinesterase activity in serum and chronic renal failure and neuromuscular injury.Methods:31 chronic renal failure patients and 19 healthy subjects were selected in this investigation to study the changes of acetylcholinesterase activity.The activity of acetylcholinesterase in serum was determined with DTNB method.Results:The acetylcholinesterase activity of chronic renal failure patients showed a progressive reduction.There was a significant correlation between acetylcholinesterase activity and renal function and malnutrition.Conclusion:It was indicated that acetylcholinesterase played an important role in neuromuscular injury in patients with chronic renal failure.
