摘要
目的 :观察手术应用明胶海绵吸附凝血酶对脑水肿的影响。方法 :将大鼠皮层切除 ,明胶海绵吸附凝血酶置入受损处 ,2 4 h后取脑 ,干 -湿重法测定脑组织的含水量。结果 :在同侧基底节 ,明胶海绵吸附上凝血酶引起明显脑水肿 ,水蛭素能减轻脑水肿。结论
Objective:To study the effect of thrombin soaked gelatin sponge on brain edema.Methods:In the model,frontal cortex was excised (3 mm 3)?Gelation sponge was soaked with saline and thrombin or thrombin added hirudin and placed in the lesion site.Brain edema was determined by wet/dry weight 24 hours after exposure.Results:Thrombin soaked gelatin sponges caused significant brain edema in the right basal ganglia.Hirudin prevented thrombin induced edema.Conclusion:Thrombin soaked gelation sponges can cause or enhance significant brain edema in rats.
