Refering to the problems of deficient in athletes, outmoded ideas and scientific research about sports being abreast out of training that impairs developing sports in Guizhou Province, the paper has also put forwardd the resolutions of which is to provide athletes with better living condition and proper work after their releasing from sports,discover and train athletes in various ways,change prejudice idea to phisical culture, supervise rigorously, and promote vigorously and combine scientific research with practice tra- ining.
