Procedure of judicial review of death sentences is a special procedure in Criminal Procedure Law.It plays an important role in using death penalty correctly,rectifying and protecting from fault.However,there are some obvious problems that must be further investigated and improved in this procedure in legislation and justice practice.In the essay the author will analyze and study them.
