Study on the Science and Technology Needs of Industrial Enterprises

为了打破“科技供给制”和“科研专门化”的计划经济体制下的思维模式,使国家的各项资源得到有效利用,使科技成果尽快转化为生产力,本文利用多目标决策与综合评价的方法以及系统分析与综合集成的理论与方法提出了工业企业科技需求的概念并分析了影响它的各个因素,最后构建了工业企业科技需求的指标体系和模型。

Aimed at breaking 'technology is provided by the supply system' and 'science research is specialized 'under the thinking model of planned economic, promoting the efficient utility of all resources of our country and making the research results be quickly transfered to productivily, the paper puts forward the conception of science and technology needs of industrial enterprises by use of the methods of multi-object decision and synthetic evaluation,and the theories of systematic analysis and synthetic integration. The effective factors are analyzed as well. Finally, the index system and the model of the science and technology needs of industrial enterprise are established.
