摘要
介绍尿塔断裂成三段残骸后估算上段残骸抛射功、中段残骸平射功和筒体的撕裂功等,从能量角度分析,塔内各态物料在筒体断裂时状态突变释放出巨大物理能量,除诸功消耗外将产生强大冲击波破坏周围建筑物。物料释放的物理能量大于现场破坏能量时,才具备物理断裂的充分而必要的条件,从而排除塔内化学爆炸。然后,有针对性地进行失效分析。
This paper introduces the process that urea synthetic tower is broken into three parts,and estimates the value of the projection work of the tower's upper part,the trajectory work of its middle part and the tearing work of the whole tower body. In view of energy analysis,the materials in the urea synthetic tower change their state suddenly and release enormous physical energy which does damage to the surrounding buildings. When the energy is greater than that of damage on the spot, tearing the tower when broken energy to tear the tower,so that chemical explosion inside the tower can be excluded,and based on this, failure analysis is made.
