摘要
采用纳米材料制备超强酸,对DOP酯化反应的催化作用进行了研究.结果显示,纳米级材料制备的超强酸用作酯化反应的催化剂,使得催化反应的速度明显加快,与普通固体超强酸催化剂相比,整个合成时间可缩短约 2 0 %,这一结果对推进超强酸催化剂的工业化应用有着积极的意义。
A kind of micro millimeter substance has been used for preparing solid superacid catalyzer. Later researching showed that this Catalyzer is good for esterifing reaction. It can speedup the esterifing reactions. When prepare DOP, it makes the synthesizing time 20% shorter then normal solid superacid. It's significance for the industrial application of solid superacid Catalyzers.
