摘要 设计了以半导体氧化锌和陶瓷为材料的伪火花开关的两种表面放电触发器 ,这两种触发器体积小 ,结构简单 ,可焙烧 ,大量实验 (>10 5次 )表明 ,其可靠性高 ,寿命长 .用它们触发的伪火花开关在放电电压 3 0~ 2kV的范围内具有稳定的放电时延 (陶瓷触发为 5 0~ 3 4 0ns,氧化锌触发为 10 0~ 5 0 0ns)和时延抖动 (陶瓷触发为 15~ 4 0ns,氧化锌触发为 3 0~ 5 0ns) .由于触发电流大 ,因此可在极低的开关电压下触发开关 ,对耐受电压 3 0kV的伪火花开关 ,其最低可触发开关电压可小于 1kV(陶瓷触发为 60 0V ,氧化锌触发为 4 4 0V) . Semiconductor (ZnO) surface flashover trigger and ceramic surface flashover trigger are presented. These two trigger units provide an excellent delay and jitter at the switch voltage of 30-2 kV. They are 100-500 ns in ZnO surface flashover trigger, and 50-340 ns in ceramic surface flashover trigger. The emitted plasma electron density is high enough to trigger switches reliably at very low voltage; in ZnO surface flashover trigger, it is 400 V, and in ceramic surface flashover trigger, it is 600 V.
