摘要
针对焊接钻杆过程开发的自动对中检测和控制系统 ,设计了一种激光测距方法 ,减少了因旧钻杆局部缺损引起的误差。建立了 T- S模糊控制模型 ,对于具有非线性特性的液压执行机构 。
In this paper, The measure and control system of axial automatic collimating for friction jointing machine is introduced. A kind of laser ranging is designed. It decreases the error caused by part of lack of old drill pipe. A T S fuzzy control model is established. It has gained favorable control effect for the hydraulic pressure set with nonlinear characteristic.
