摘要
远程制造资源的虚拟遥现和仿真是实现网络化制造的核心技术之一 探讨了虚拟制造系统的组织过程 ,着重分析了任务驱动的网络化制造模式下分布式制造场所和设备的远程虚拟遥现和组建方法 ,采用B/S结构实现了远程制造资源的VRML建模及EAI控制 ,并建立了相应的实验模型
Globalization and agility of manufacturing industry call for virtual remote manufacturing. Focusing on realization, the authors investigate a web-based manufacturing infrastructure which integrates several key techniques, including virtual telepresence, VRML/EAI-oriented modeling of manufacturing resources, networked evaluation and so on. The prototype platform MCMS-online is developed to respond to the manufacturing tasks and form one or several virtual manufacturing enterprises. By evaluating customer's satisfaction, an optimized result can be reached to implement the task.
