摘要
因特网为商务模式创新开辟了广阔空间和自由度 ,持续创新是电子商务模式与生俱来的本质 .亚马逊等商务模式在美国专利与商标局获得专利极大地刺激了商务模式创新活动 .通过对电子商务模式分类现状的分析和评价 ,提出了完善电子商务模式分类体系 ,并在此基础上构建企业电子商务模式创新的方法 .
The Internet provides greater space and flexibility for business model innovations. Continuous innovation is a unique characteristic of e-commerce business models. The innovation activities are stimulated greatly by the fact that the one-click shopping process invented by Amazon was patented in the US Patent and Trademark Office. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the taxonomy of e-commerce business models, the paper presents a taxonomy-based innovation method of e-commerce business models.
