摘要 自动答疑系统是人们从网络获取信息的重要辅助工具 .将基于案例的推理技术引入传统的自动答疑系统 ,并结合用户交互机制 ,提出了一种基于案例推理的交互式自动答疑引擎 .该引擎通过对问题关键字的描述来触发案例 ,并根据它们与问题的关联程度进行排序 ;同时 ,利用交互机制从用户端获得反馈并及时有效地对关键字的权重进行修正 ,提高了答疑的准确性 .此外 ,对传统二层案例结构进行了三层扩展 。 Question and Answer (Q&A) system is an important aiding tool for people to obtain information from the Internet.
