三所卫校学生心理健康状况调查

Investigation on the psychological health state among students in three medical institutes students in Anhui province

目的 评定卫校学生的心理健康状况 ,为在卫校学生中开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法 对安徽省 3所省属卫校 1～ 3年级的 2 5 0 0名学生以无记名方式进行 SCL - 90测试 ,用SPSS10 .0软件包进行分析 ,将结果与全国常模进行比较。结果 卫校学生强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、偏执、恐怖和精神病性等因子得分高于全国常模 ;通过调查发现男生与女生间存在着显著的心理差异。结论 卫校学生的心理问题比较突出 。

Objective To evaluate the psychological disorder and health risk behaviors among medical institutes students in Anhui province. Methods 2 500 students in three medical institutes were tested with SCL 90. Results The scores on all factors of SCL 90 assessed in medical institutes were significantly higher than the national norms, such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid and phobia. There was significant difference between male and female. Conclusions Psychological health level among medical institutes students should be improved.
