缬沙坦和依那普利逆转高血压患者左室肥厚的临床观察

摘要 血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)的降压及对靶器官的保护作用已得到公认[1],其作用是通过抑制转换酶的活性,减少血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅰ转换为AngⅡ,从而阻断AngⅡ的作用而发挥疗效.
