Influence of electric intensity feedback on the noise in a semiconductor laser

本文用量子力学的方法研究了电强度反馈对半导体激光器(LD)低频噪声的影响,指出这种方法对LD噪声的抑制。

The influence of electric intensity feedback on the low frequency noise properties in a semiconductor laser is presented quantum-mechanically. The noise suppression by this method is discussed.
