In order to safeguard the sound operation of fiˉnancial system and enhance the anti-risk capability of financial institution,each country in the world,based on financial laws and regulations,is strengthening financial supervision and improving financial services through comˉpliance and risk supervision.The globalization of economy and universal operation trend of financial institution impel each country to reformits supervisory system and method so as to increase supervision efficiency.
