摘要
提出了液体推进剂泄漏事故的应急处理措施 ,包括人员疏散、隔离区划分、受伤和中毒人员救治。
The emergency treatment measures are put forward for the accident of liquid propellant leakage in this paper. The measures include personal evacuation, separating area insulation, the first aid for poisoned person, safety of rescue person and other measures to control the accident.
