摘要
介绍一种采用复式谐波齿轮传动的智能电动执行机构 ,结构紧凑 ,传动精度高其控制器是以单片机为核心 ,采用闭环控制提高了系统的控制精度和稳定性。较详细地介绍了系统和控制器的硬件和软件 ,给出了样机的实测结果。
An intelligent electric actuator using dual harmonic gear drive is introduced.The unit features compact structure and high accurate transmission.The single chip computer is used as the core of the controller and the control accuracy and stability are enhanced by closed loop control.The hardware and software of the system are presented in detail and the practical test result of the prototype are given.
