摘要
研制了一种用于精密电火花成形机的基于PC的开放式数控系统 ,它具有开放性强、全软件化集成、软硬件设计的柔性化和智能化等特点。整机加工实验证明 ,其性能稳定可靠 ,加工精度高 。
A kind of open CNC system based on PC has been studied and developed, which is used for precision EDM machine tools. It has a lot of specialties such as open?all software integration?flexibility and intelligence of hardware design and software design, etc. Machining experiments proved that it has trusty stability and high precision. This broke technologic monopoly of the developed countries.
