摘要
通过对 Chiswick- Barry模型的扩展 ,讨论了迁出地与迁入地工资结构对劳动力迁移的影响 ,结论是当两地工资结构满足一定条件时 ,低技能劳动力的迁移收益率可能会高于高技能劳动力的收益率 ,并由此为相对不发达地区防止人才流失提供了政策建议 .
Chiswick-Barry Model is extended and used to analyze the in fl uence of wage structure in origin and destination on migration. It can be conclu ded that the return rate from migration of the labor force with low ability is h igher than that of the high when the wage structures in the two places satisfy s ome conditions, which provides the policy thought of preventing the people with ability from running off in the developing areas.
