摘要
通过显微硬度、SME和 TME对直接时效态和固溶态的 GH41 69高温合金惯性摩擦焊接头焊态和焊后时效态的高温持久性能进行了分析 .结果表明 ,对于上述两种合金在焊态下焊接接头的显微硬度出现明显的软化现象 ,经焊后时效处理 ,焊接接头的显微硬度分布较为均匀 ,并以焊合区的显微硬度最高 .高温持久实验表明 ,经焊后时效处理的上述两种合金都呈现出典型的韧性断裂 ,并以直接时效态的 ZSGH41 69高温合金焊后 +时效惯性摩擦焊接头的高温持久性能最佳 ,并高于直接时效态的母材 .
The high temperature stress-rupture strength was analyzed for welding state and welding+aging state of the inertia friction welded joints of direct aging state and solid solution state superalloy GH4169 by Vickers hardness, SME and TME. The research result shows that the Vickers hardness of the both alloys is softened when they are at the welding state, but the hardness will change into an even value when the joints have the post welding aging treatment (PWAT), and it is the highest hardness in the weld. The result of high temperature stress-rupture strength shows that both of the PWAT alloys have typical tough fracture, and for high temperature stress-rupture strength the best is the welding+aging state of direct aging state superalloy GH4169 inertia friction welded joint, and the high temperature stress-rupture strength time is longer than the direct aging state superalloy GH4169 matrix.
