摘要
基于产品的可制造性 ,构造了一个可在早期设计阶段进行材料选择分析、压铸可行性分析、结构工艺性评价的压铸件设计系统 .该系统可使设计人员在压铸工艺和制造资源的约束下进行压铸件设计 ,并及时将评价结果反馈给设计者 .采用实体造型技术、特征造型及特征识别技术相结合的方法建立了压铸件产品模型 .运用产生式规则、框架和过程相结合的知识表示方法对各种评价知识加以有效组织 ,及时提供设计指导 ,辅助改进不合理设计 ,有效地保证了压铸件设计的质量和效率 .
A die casting design system for materials selection analysis, die castability assessment and die casting structure process design evaluation in the early design stage was established based on manufacturability analysis method. Under the constraint of die castings characteristics and production resources, the improper designs can be pointed out in time which further assists designer to improve the design. Combining with solid modeling, feature modeling and feature recognition method, a die castings model was established. An integrated knowledge structure of produced rules, frame and procedure was adopted for the effective knowledge organization.
