摘要
利用固相合成法 ,用 Li2 CO3 与 Al2 O3 反应作为研究对象 ,探讨了制备亚微米的γ- Li Al O2粉末的工艺和反应过程 ,并采用 TG、DSC、XRD、FTIR等不同的测试手段对合成的亚微米γ-Li Al O2 粉料进行了表征 .结果表明 ,Li2 CO3 和γ- Al2 O3 在 80 0°C左右反应产物主要为α- Li Al O2 ,1 0 0 0°C左右反应主要产物为 γ- Li Al O2 (纯相含量 x=97% ) .Li2 CO3 和 γ- Al2 O3 反应温度较高 ,合成的物相晶态较纯 ,反应过程中不能明显观察到β- Li Al O2 .实验合成制备的亚微米γ- Li Al O2 粉料的平均粒径小于 0 .3μm.
For the excellent chemical inertia and physical property, LiAlO2 has been utilized as the electrolyte matrix material for molten carbonate fuel cell. In the paper, the preparation of sub-micron LiAlO2 by solid state reaction of Li2CO3 and γ-Al2O3 were investigated. The reaction process and mechanism were studied by different measure methods such as TG, DSC, XRD and FTIR. It shows that in the reaction of Li2CO3 and γ-Al2O3, the α-LiAlO2 and γ-LiAlO2 (pure phase content x=97%) can be obtained at 800°C and 1000°C, respectively. During the reaction, no β-LiAlO2 can be observed clearly. Finally, the sub-micron γ-LiAlO2 powders with mean particle size less than 0.3 μm were produced.
