Clincal sgnthetical evaluation on removing tattoos by Q-switched 1064 nm laser

目的 :观察Q开关 10 64nm激光治疗东方人皮肤纹饰的效果和特殊性 ,探讨不同部位皮肤纹饰对治疗的反应。方法 :采用Q开关10 64nm激光对 480例文眉、文眼线和上臂文身进行治疗。结果 :此疗法可去除或明显淡化黑色文身的颜色 ,操作简单 ,安全可靠 ,无瘢痕等并发症出现 ,治疗文眉的有效率为达 97% ,治疗文眼线的有效率为 83 % ,治疗上臂文身的有效率为 75 %。结论 :Q开关 10 64nm激光治疗东方人皮肤纹饰具有良好的疗效 ,不同部位 ,不同特点的文身对治疗的反应有其特殊性。

Objective:To observe the effect and particalarity of removing tattoos on Orientals by Q-swithched 1064nm laser and explore the different reactions to the treatment from different tattoos on different regions of the body.Methods:480 cases with tattoos on eyebrow,eyeline and upper extremity were treated with Q-switched 1064 nm laser.Results:Efficacy in treating tattoos is 97% in eyebrow area,83% in eyeline,and 75% in upper extremity.Conclusions:Treatment of tattoos with Q-switched 1064 nm laser is effective for Orientals,although there are clear differences in reaction to the treatment from different tattoos on different regions of the body.
