雾灵鼻通的制备及临床疗效观察

Preparation and observation of clinicial therapeutic efficacy of WuLingBiTong

目的 :研究制定雾灵鼻通制备工艺及质量控制方法 ,并观察其临床治疗变应性鼻炎近期疗效。方法 :采用药典所载方法分别测定盐酸麻黄碱和硫酸庆大霉素的含量 ,将患者随机分为雾灵鼻通治疗组 (4 0例 )及盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液对照组 (4 0例 )。结果 :治疗组显效率与总有效率均高于对照组 ,(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :我院自制雾灵鼻通制备工艺合理 ,性质稳定 ,疗效可靠。

Objective:To study the preparation and quality control method of WuLingBiTong and observe it's clinicial therapeutic efficacy to allergic rhinitis in the near future.Methods:To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochoride and gentamycin sulfate of WuLingBiTong respectively with the method recorded in The Pharmacopera of People's Republic of China.Eighty patients with allergic rhinitis were equally devided into two groups randomly:treatment group with WuLingBiTong(40 patients)and control group with ephedrine hydrochoride nose drops(40 Patients).Results:The rate to show effect and panutility in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:WuLingBiTong is reasonable in technology,stable in quality and reliable in therapeutic efficacy.
