本文概述了软交换网络出现的必然性,指出目前正处在电信网络技术变革的关键时期;分析了在国内电信市场格局已定的情况下,各电信公司面临网络建设的紧迫问题;建立了网络技术经济评价的模型体系,针对目前两种网络技术(TDM和软交换)进行了经济分析。

In this paper, summarizate the inevitability of Softswitch - based telecom network appearing, point out that this is a key period of telecom network technology development and change. Analysis the problems of the network construct of carriers, after the reform of telecom system. Setup a model framework of network economic analysis, and evaluate the two network technologies: TDM and Softswitch.
