摘要
详细分析了开关稳压电源的工作过程 ,并针对功率晶体管的二次击穿 ,提出了RC吸收网络 ,并通过优化基极驱动减少晶体管的开关损耗 ,从而提高开关稳压电源的性能。
This article analyzed the working procedure of switching power supplies in detail. In order to avoid the second breakdown of power transistors,the authors apply a RC absorption net, and bring forward a way of reducing the transistors' switching losses through optimizing base drive and then improve the capabilities of switching power supplies.
