摘要
该文对不同级别公立医院的社会功能指标及其在 1 985～ 2 0 0 0年之间的变化情况进行了测算 ,讨论、分析了这些指标的影响因素 ,发现基层医院比三级医院具有较强的社会功能 。
This paper analyses the indicators on social function of the public hospital at all leyels and their trends and determinants in process of autonomous reform from 1985 to 2000. It reveals that the primary and secondary hospital have stronger social functions than the tertiaryones and the socialfunctionof all thepublichospitalsshow decliningtrends in China.
