摘要
党的七大、十五大及十六大对党章的修改是对党的指导思想的丰富和发展 ,是对党的思想路线的创立与完善 。
The amendments of the Constitution of the CPC in the 7th,the 15th and the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party enrich and develop the guiding ideology of the CPC, and also create and perfect the route of ideology of the CPC, which has an epoch-making significance.
