见义勇为历来在道德上为人们所推崇和褒扬,但在现实生活中却存在"英雄流血又流泪"的悲剧。从民事法律的角度对见义勇为行为人致人损害和见义勇为行为人自身损害的赔偿问题进行分析,对如何适用民事法律问题进行有益探索,希冀对司法实践有所裨益,以更好地保护见义勇为行为人的合法利益,在社会中最终实践公平、正义。

The behavior'never hesitate to fight for justice'is always praised and appreciated in morality.But there is tragedy in life in which the'hero'not only bleeds but cries.From the point of civil law,the article analyzes the compensation for damage of the others and the'hero'himself,and explores the application of civil law,expecting it'll be helpful for jurisdiction,so that we can protect the'heros''lawful rights and interests and finally practise the fairness and justice.
