通过分析中国证券市场对外开放存在的问题,指出中国证券市场国际化应该经历的发展阶段。在当前时期,根据证券市场所处的发展阶段,证券市场应该重点从以下几个方面加以完善:规范上市公司的法人治理结构、提高券商的综合势力、投资者结构的优化、以及法律法规体系的完善和多层次市场体系的建立。

After analyzing the problems which our country's securities market is faced with when opening to the outside world,pointing out what stages our securities market should go through during the period of internationalization.Nowadays,from the point of the current stage, bond market should put emphasis on several aspects given below:standardizing governance system of corporate,promoting the synthetic power of bond holder,optimizing the structure of investor,improving the relevant law' procedure and setting up a multilevel market system.
