摘要
从市场营销的特点出发,分析了中国商业银行面对加入WTO后带来的市场营销新环境,探讨了中国商业银行面对激烈市场竞争的市场营销新对策应该是:建立商业银行的网上营销服务体系;建立新的人才动态管理模式;创建商业银行的关系营销;重塑商业银行的企业形象。同时市场营销活动必须顺应商业银行的发展形势,进一步提高市场竞争能力。
The paper analyses commercial banks will affront new surroundings with our entry to WTO,from characteristics of managements and sales of market.And it discusses and points out that our commercial banks face vident market competition.The counterneasures are:Firstly,set up service systems based on net management and sales.Secondly,build uptodate dynamic management model of persons with ability.In addition,create connection managements and sales of commercial banks.Lastly,make new enterprise figues of commercial banks repeatedly.At the same time,activity of managements and sales of market have to conform position of commercial banks development.Further,improve competion ability of market and ensure fast development of commercial bank.
