创新型科技人才的培养途径

How to cultivate the innovative scientific personnel

培养具有鲜明的时代特征,适应市场经济需要和知识经济要求的创新型科技人才,是现代高等教育的教育目的。这就需要建构创新型科技人才培养模式。具体措施是:使"注入式"教学转变为"启发式"教学,运用现代信息技术培养跨学科、跨专业的具有宽厚科学理论的人才。同时,优化教育环境,创造自由、轻松、稳定并具有互激效应的创新氛围,用STS指导学生参与科学研究和技术创新活动,使科技创新与社会发展有机结合,从而在科学精神———科学方法———科学知识的系统下,实现培养科技人才的目标。

The educational goal of modern higher education is to cultivate scientific personnel of innovative type who have distinctive characteristic of the day and can meet economical needs of market and knowledge.Thus,we should build a cultivating pattern of scientific personnel of innovative type.The concrete measure is turning spoonfed teaching into elicitation method of teaching,applying modern information technique to develop interdisplinary and intermajor personnel who own rich scientific theory,at the same time,improving educational environment,creating free,light, steady as well as stimuluseffect atomosphere,guiding students by the use of STS to participate in scientific research and technique innovation activities,combing scientific innovation with social development,then,realizing the goal of cultivating scientific personnel under the system of scientific spiritscientific methodscientific knowledge.Key words: personnel;innovation;pattern
