高校办高职教育,在教学水平、知识结构、科技人力与资源等诸多方面都具有先天优势,应该在专业设置上考虑已有高层次办学办专业的人力、物力资源,注重发挥高校教师的理论知识优势;在培养目标上注重培养面向生产一线的高级应用型人才;在师资队伍建设上要充分挖掘现有教师队伍的潜力,又要体现多渠道;在教学环节上要注重实践教学环节与工程实际和科学研究工作相结合,使培养出的学生具有较强的实践能力和知识水平,充分体现出高校特色的高职技术教育。
