供应链管理强调用系统的观点提高整个供应链的效率。传统供应链的问题在于供应链中的各成员不愿意与他人分享自己的商业信息。信息与激励已成为供应链管理的瓶颈 ,供应链管理的首要任务是在信息不对称情况下设计实现供应链整体最优的机制。该文分析了供应链节点上成员之间的非对称信息及委托 -代理关系 ,阐述了协调在供应链管理中的重要性 ,并指出克服供应链低效率的机制设计理论。

Information and incentive are the bottlenecks of the supply chain management. The first task of supply chain management is to design a mechanism to fulfill supply chain system optimization under asymmetric information conditions. This paper analyzes the asymmetric information and principle-agent relation between the members of supply chains, and expatiates the importance of coordination in a supply chain, and points out the mechanism designing theory to overcome the inefficiencies in supply chains.
