摘要
针对圆锥滚子滚动轴承,建立了其流体动力润滑模型,并进行了完全数值解分析,得到了流体动压力分布与油膜形状;研究了刚性等粘度的润滑区的最小油膜厚度与压力分布随卷吸速度、载荷、滚子长度与卷吸角的变化规律.结果表明,有限长圆锥滚子的润滑问题与无限长线接触、椭圆接触的问题有很大不同.研究结果可以用于指导高速轻载圆锥滚子轴承的设计.
A mathematical model to resolve the problem of the lu brication of tapered roller bearings is presented in this paper.The hydrodynamic lubrication processes numerically analyzed fully the film shape and the pressur e distribution.Study of the effects of speed,load,length and entraining angle on the lubrication states showed that the lubrication film thickness is different from those of infinite rollers and elliptical solids.Theoretical results seem th at the film thickness of tapered roller bearings should be calculated with a lub rication program,but not with the Martin equation and/or the HamrockDowson for mula.Numerical results also show that the film thickness of the lubricant film b ecomes larger for the cases of high entraining speed and/or light load,and that the entraining angle should be taken as 90 degrees.The present results can be us ed to guide the design of tapered roller bearings with high speed under light lo ad.
