共面裂纹疲劳扩展干涉的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 在工程结构的疲劳断裂中常常存在共面多裂纹相互干涉的现象,它们之间的相互作用将直接影响到结构的疲劳寿命.运用数值模拟法对承受拉伸疲劳载荷的有限平板上三个初始半圆形共面表面裂纹在疲劳扩展过程中的相互干涉和合并过程作了较为系统的研究,得到了共面裂纹在形状变化及应力强度因子方面的相互干涉效应.数值模拟法相对于重绘法和瞬间合并法能较精确地预测结构的疲劳寿命,从而可有效地预防结构的失效. The interference phenomenon of co-plane cracks in the fatigue fracture of engineering structure always exist, their interplay affects the fatigue life of the structure directly. The interference and mergence procedure of three semi-circular co-plane cracks in a finite plate under fatigue loading during fatigue growth were studied by numerical simulation method, which repealed the interference effect of co-plane cracks in the aspects of shape and stress intensity factor. Numerical simulation method can predict the fatigue life of a structure more accurately than the method of re-drawing and instantaneous mergence.
