摘要
利用化学发光(CL)技术和基于鲁米诺-H2O2体系与敌敌畏的反应,直接对敌敌畏进行检测,并对反应条件进行优化,在碱性条件下和以有机表面活性剂—CTMAB为增敏剂,得到最佳效果。为有机磷农药的检测提供方便、可靠的分析方法。
A chemiluminescence method based on the reaction of luminol with H 2O 2 were presented for the determination of dichlorvos pesticide. The experiment parameters were optimized,get the results at bastcily and CTMAB.The established method may be convenient,reliable to the detection of some organophosphorus pesticides.
