摘要
现有的国内外组合结构规范对混凝土受压状态下栓钉的静、动承载力都有规定(尽管具体数值差别较大),而且还规定了测栓钉承载力的试验方法,但对于混凝土受拉状态下的栓钉既没有规定承载力,也没有规定承载力测试方法.为此,作者提出了在混凝土受拉状态下,进行栓钉的承载力试验的反向推出试验方法;对在 22栓钉不同排列的C50混凝土不同配筋率情况下,5组18个试件的栓钉刚度和承载力等问题进行了试验研究,并与标准推出试验(混凝土受压)得到的 22栓钉的试验结果进行了比较.成果已应用于秦沈客运专线.
Current design codes at home and abroad for steelconcrete composite structures have specified both static and dynamical strengths as well as test method of shear connectors when the concrete is in compression.But,when the slabs are in tension,none these is regulated.In this paper,the inverse pushout test method for testing the strengths of shear connectors is presented while the concrete slab is under tension.18 specimens in 5 different groups are tested and the stiffness and strength of the studs within C50 concrete are analyzed and compared with the results of standard pushout tests where the concrete slabs are in compression.The research results have been applied to the Qinshen railway.Keywords:continuous composite beam;concrete slab under tension;the strength of stud shear connector;inverse pushout test
