摘要
通过教学实验法,对运用30 m单足跳和60m跨步跳等多种跳跃练习来发展青少年短跑运动员快速力量,其结果表明跳跃练习可促进女子青少年短跑运动员快速力量素质的提高,并能直接提高专项运动成绩.
As sprinting is one of periodical and high velocity-powered event, which require fast force contraction of the muscle, and the fast contraction power of muscle constitutes the key to sprinting. While grown sprinters usually use high load of barbell to improve power, the juvenile sprinters use other means to enhance the force. Based on teaching and practical methods, the article made a study of how to effectively improve the juvenile sprinters' force by using 30 meter timed hopping and 60 meter timed stride jumping, the study showed that the practice can improve the quality of fast motor force, which beneficial to the improvement of the athletic achievements.
