内隐学习与体育运动密切相关 ,几乎所有的运动技能的获得以及熟练化 ,都属于内隐学习的范畴。内隐性学习是当代心理学家新近提出来的一种学习类型 ,是当今学习和认知心理学领域的热点课题。对内隐学习的研究不仅有助于对无意识认知心理过程与机制的了解 ,同时 ,对体育训练学和教育教学等诸多实践领域也具有重要意义。

implicit learning is greatly concern with physical exercises, almost the acquirement and practices makes perfect of human body movement skills are belonging to the field of implicit learning. Nowadays, most of the people have the concept about implicit learning that: In the common live, man can states the course and result of his study. But in some cases, he can not perceive of and control his behavior rules, and finally learn these rules. This type of study is implicit learning. Implicit learning is a new learning type proposed by the present age psychologists, a hot subject of study and cognizing psychology. The research of implicit learning not only helps to recognize of the mechanism of unconscious cognizing psychological course, but also be significantly important to practice of physical training and physical education. This issue traces the development and present situation of implicit learning, and give some viewpoints of ours.
