摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、对比实验等研究方法,对当前高校体育教学存在的问题和学生体育课学习动力不足的问题进行分析,探索在高校体育教学改革中引入多维激励机制,如目标激励、群体激励、竞争激励、考核激励等,使学生们在一个平等、充满期望和竞争、多维立体式激励的环境中学习。结果表明多维激励的氛围增强了学生学习的兴趣和积极性,使其不仅掌握了技术、技能,锻炼了心理品质,还养成了良好的锻炼习惯,提高了健康水平。
By the methods of looking up literature. questionnaire investigations, comparative experi-ment, the problem of offering physical education teaching in general colleges and students kck of the study motive in the physical education lesson, probe that introduces the multi-dimensional encourage-ment mechanism in the physical education teaching reform of university, for example the anticipant en-couragement, the community encouragement, the competitive encouragement, the examinatorial en-couragement etc, students study at the environment that is an equal, alive with expectation and compe-tition, multi-dimensional encouragement. The result shows that the students have strengthened the in-terest of study and have thrown oneself into sport in the incentive multi-dimensional atmosphere. They not only have grasped technology, technical ability and have tempered psychological quality, but also participated in doing exercises after class actively. They have formed the good exercise habit and have improved the health level too.
