摘要
对于大众的体育健身而言,锻炼身体既要坚持不断,又要保持适度的运动量,特别对中老年人的体育锻炼更是如此,体育锻炼对中老年人的健身祛病有着积极作用和实际效果。在我们坚持运动的同时,还要提倡科学餐饮,注意营养平衡,在不断增加自身的科学知识和运动保障知识外,力求吃出健康来。
For the pubilic fitness, persistence and appropriate exercise volume are equally important, especially for the senior people. Exercise plays a positive role and creates effective result for the elders to improve their fitness level and prevent disease. In addition to the reasonable exercise, we need to learn the scientific way of food intake as well as nutritional balance. Meanwhile, we should also get to know more scientific knowledge, enhance fitness awareness and eat in a healthy way.
