摘要
通过对奥运会、第 9届全运会和部分职业赛事的调查研究 ,结合文献资料分析 ,旨在弄清赛事的经营管理方式。现代体育组织经营管理赛事的基本模式主要包括 :建立优良的管理体制和运行机制 ;与社会广泛沟通 ;创造精彩赛事、形成品牌 ;将组织文化融于社会文化之中。
This thesis aims at making clear the method of managing competitions, by investigating and studying the Olympic Games, the 9 th National Games and some other professional competitions, combined with literature analysis. The basic model of modern sporting organizations' managing competitions mainly include establishing good administrative system and operational mechanism; communicating with the society broadly, creating wonderful competitions and forming brands, as well as integrating the organizational culture into social culture.
