摘要
采用病毒分离试验、鸡胚平均死亡时间毒力试验、RT- PCR和 F-糖蛋白基因序列测定及基因分析 ,对 1996~2 0 0 0年从国内不同地区多种禽类中分离到的新城疫病毒 (NDV)分离毒株进行了研究 ,绘制了基因树。毒力试验结果表明 ,其中有 32株为强毒株 ,有 3株为中等毒力株。DNA序列分析和基因树结果表明 ,这 35株 NDV分为 4个类群 ,其中 2 7株为基因 型 (主要流行毒株 ) ,3株为基因 型 ,4株为基因 型 ,1株为基因 型。结果提示 ,我国新城疫感染来源是一个值得关注的问题。
Thirty five Newcastle disease virus(NDV)strains were isolated from several kinds of avian samples collected from different areas in China between 1996-2000. Assessment of the virulence by MDT, RT-PCR and sequence analysis of F glycoprotein gene were used to compare the characteristic properties of the isolated strains, and the phylogenetic tree of the 35 strains was obtained. The assessment virulence of the 35 strains showed that 32 were velogenic, and 3 were mesogenic; the F glycoprotein gene sequencing and phylogenetic tree of the 35 strains showed that 27 isolated strains (the main epidemic strains) were genotype Ⅶ, 3 were genotype Ⅵ,4 were genotype Ⅱ and 1 was genotype Ⅲ.The results clued that more attention should been paid to NDV infection origination.
