摘要 试验一以葡萄糖酸锌、硫酸锌、氯化锌和醋酸锌 4种状态锌各 1× 10 - 4mg/ L,给 15 0只小鼠分别饮水。结果表明 ,肝脏、肾脏、眼球中锌含量均以葡萄糖酸锌组最高 ,其次为硫酸锌组 ,醋酸锌对小鼠有轻度毒性作用。试验二用不同浓度的硫酸锌和硫酸镉给 10 5只小鼠分别饮水。结果表明 ,镉对小鼠有明显的损害作用。补充锌可降低动物体内镉的含量和毒性。锌和镉在在动物体内存在明显的剂量 -效应和剂量 -反应关系。 The present study was conducted to determine the distribution of zinc glucorate,zinc sulfate,zinc chloride and zinc acetate in mouse body and the effect on cadmium toxicity.The results showed that zinc concentration in liver,kidney and eyeball was the highest in mouse with zinc gloconate.Zinc toxicity was observed in mouse supplemented zinc acetate as 1×10 -4 mg/L.Zinc reduced cadmium concentration in tissues and its toxicity in mouse fed on zinc sulfate and cadmium sulfate at the same time.
