摘要 研究了饲粮中分别添加 0、2 0 0 0、4 0 0 0、6 0 0 0 mg/kg果寡糖对艾维菌商品代肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群和肠形态的影响。结果表明 :日粮中添加 4 0 0 0 mg/kg果寡糖使肉鸡日增重提高了 9.5 3% (P <0 .0 1) ,2 0 0 0、4 0 0 0 m g/kg果寡糖使料重比分别降低了 5 .0 9% (P <0 .0 5 )和 7.87 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;4 0 0 0 mg/kg果寡糖使盲肠中双歧杆菌和总厌氧菌数分别增加了 2 5 7.6 5 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 10 0 .0 0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,使梭菌数下降了 79.36 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 0 0 0、4 0 0 0mg/kg果寡糖使盲肠中乳酸杆菌数分别增加了 4 5 .73% (P <0 .0 5 )和 6 7.97% (P <0 .0 1) ,使大肠杆菌数分别下降了 75 .71% (P <0 .0 5 )和 71.35 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;4 0 0 0和 6 0 0 0 m g/kg果寡糖使盲肠中乙酸、丁酸和总短链脂肪酸含量分别提高了 2 3.2 5 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 2 6 .0 8% (P <0 .0 5 )、 14 4 .36 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 2 0 2 .97% (P <0 .0 1)、 4 7.0 8%(P <0 .0 1)和 5 8.31% (P <0 .0 1) ;2 0 0 0、4 0 0 0和 6 0 0 0 mg/kg果寡糖使盲肠中丙酸含量分别提高了 4 5 .2 7% (P <0 .0 5 )、 73.2 2 % (P <0 .0 1)和 89.37(P <0 .0 1) ;4 0 0 0、6 0 0 0 Four hundred and eighty avian broiler chicks were allotted to four groups by weight to study the effects of fructooligosaccharide(FOS) on growth performance, intestinal microflora and morphology. Every group included three replicate lots of forty birds each. The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0, 2 000, 4 000, 6 000 mg/kg FOS respectively during the period of 1 to 49 days posthatching. Compared with the control group, the results were as follows:(1) 4 000 mg/kg FOS increased ADG by 9.53%(P<0.01) while 2 000 and 4 000 mg/kg FOS decreased F/G by 5.09%(P<0.05) and 7.87%(P<0.05). (2) 4 000 mg/kg FOS increased the viable counts of cecal Bifidobacteria and total anaerobes by 257.65%(P<0.05) and 100.00%(P<0.05), respectively and lowered the viable counts of Clostridia by 79.36%(P<0.05). 2 000 and 4 000 mg/kg FOS increased the viable counts of Lactobacilli by 45.73%(P<0.05) and 67.97%(P<0.01),and reduced the viable counts of Colibacillus by 75.71%(P<0.05) and 71.35%(P<0.05), respectively. (3) Supplementation with 4 000 and 6 000 mg/kg FOS significantly increased the concentrations of cecal acetate, butyrate, and the total short-chain fatty acids by 23.25%(P<0.05) and 26.08%(P<0.05), 144.36%(P<0.05) and 202.97%(P<0.01), 47.08%(P<0.01) and 58.31%(P<0.01), respectively. Supplementation with 2 000, 4 000 and 6 000 mg/kg FOS significantly increased the concentration of colonic propionate by 45.27%(P<0.05), 73.22%(P<0.01) and 89.37(P<0.01), respectively. (4) 4 000 and 6 000 mg/kg FOS increased the cecal muscosal crypt depth and the cecal muscosal cell density by 22.62%(P<0.05) and 25.72%(P<0.01), 19.28%(P<0.05) and 23.07%(P<0.05), respectively.
