多浪羊血液蛋白多态性与双羔性能的相关性初探

Primary Examination on Relativity about the Polymorphism in Blood Protein and Twinborn Ability of Duolang Sheep

采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ,对多浪羊产双羔母羊试验组及产单羔母羊对照组群体进行红细胞中血红蛋白(Hb)及乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH )多态位点的检测。结果表明 :多浪羊双羔母羊试验组与对照组控制 2种蛋白不同基因的基因频率有显著差异 ,其中含有较高频率 Hb B和 L DHA基因的多浪羊 ,有较高的产双羔性能。

The polymorphism of haemoglobin(Hb),and the isozyme-spectra of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in erythrocytes in twin lambing and single lambing Duolang female sheep was determined by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.It is shown that there are remarkable differences in gene frequencies of Hb B and LDH A between twin lambing and single lambing Duolang female sheep. The higher gene frequencies of Hb B and LDH A is found in twin lambing sheep.
