摘要
利用 SDS- PAGE技术对山羊草属 10个种的 5 1份材料进行高分子谷蛋白亚基电泳分析。结果表明 ,10个种各电泳出2~ 6条带 ,共 17种类型 ,每个种有 1~ 4种类型。其中 ,有两种 (或以上 )类型的种均为四倍体种。种内带型间差异较小 ,种间差异较大 ,并且 ,各个种之间没有相同的类型。
The high-melecular-weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) of 51 genotypes of 10 species in Aegilops were analyzed by sodium dodeeyl suphate-polyamide gel electrophoric (SDS-PAGE) method. The results showed that there were 17 HMW-GS types, each of them had 2-6 bands. There were 1-4 types in the species. The major species didn't possess same types, and their HMW-GS Similarity were low.
